A phone call or email as a first avenue of communication would be preferred so we can respond to your concerns in a timely manner. We are sorry for the misunderstanding and any embarrassment we may have caused you. Designers choice typically means that it is left in the hands of the designer to choose what goes into the arrangement. The picture of the flowers shown in the "designer's choice" option is just meant to represent a bouquet of flowers, not necessarily what the designer will choose to make. Because the picture shown was white flowers we can understand how this may have lead to the expectation of it being white. We would be happy to try and work with you on this as we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. This was not intentional deception on our part and we apologize for the disappointment you experienced. We will try and connect with you and get this figured out.
